The staff were gentle, which was a bonus. The room I booked was great-sized and functional, with nice touches. The free mini bar in the room was a nice touch. The location was magnificent and perfect for exploring nearby cafes.

Excellent location - quiet street, a 2-minute walk to the U-Bahn and a 10 -15-minute walk to Marienplatz along a very nice shopping street. Single rooms are rather small, but very clean, and the layout is efficient. Getting in and out of the hotel's parking lot requires good driving skills - I would not recommend parking there to someone with a large SUV.
